Incoming Mail (POP or IMAP)

For incoming mail server type, we allow encrypted POP3 and IMAP access. POP3 downloads mail to your PC, while IMAP keeps the mail on the server. By storing your email on the server with IMAP all of your mail will be available when you use our web based system. With POP3, only new messages will show on the web system.

For customers who have signed up for the SSL hosting account, you may substitute www.nefw.net for www.yourdomain.com in the incoming and outgoing servers section. Everyone else should use www.nefw.net, or you may receive errors from your email client.

The examples below use Outlook Express. If you require assistance configuring your email settings, please send a message to help@nefw.net.
